When the form is used, the submitted name, email address, phone number, chosen service, budget, timeline and message may be processed. The purpose is to answer the enquiry, assess the project, prepare an offer and take steps requested before entering into a contract.
The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at the visitor's request and, where this does not apply, voluntary consent. If no contract is concluded, correspondence may be kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a legal claim or obligation requires longer retention.
Form submissions are not added to a marketing list and are not used for automated newsletters.
3. Security and hosting
To limit automated spam, a one-way hash of the IP address and a timestamp may be processed for technical security for no longer than 24 hours. The hosting environment may also produce security logs required to operate the service.

4. Local preference and external content
The light/dark theme choice may be stored locally in the browser under berci-theme. It is a functional preference and is not used for tracking.
Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts, which can receive technical connection information such as the visitor's IP address and browser data. Google Maps connects to Google only after the visitor presses the load button. Google may then process technical information under its own terms. Opening the Facebook page leaves this website and makes Meta's terms applicable. No Facebook Pixel is embedded.
The site currently uses no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising tracker, so no marketing-cookie banner is displayed.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object where applicable, request data portability where its conditions apply, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
